REI Coop, Sportsmans Outdoor Warehouse, Big-5 Sporting Goods, or most any "hunting & sporting goods" store, that carries freeze-dried foods for camping will carry freeze-dried ice-cream that is exactly like the kind astronauts eat.

I bought some freeze dried ice cream at the NASA center gift shop in Houston. You can probably go on line to the Johnson Space Center web site. There is no doubt a link to their visitor center and the web site there will no doubt sell it from their on-line store. Never mind I found it.

Sometimes..certain planetarium gift shops will offer certain items like...Astronaut Ice Cream. Maybe you can go to your local planetarium..(hopefully you have one there)....and see if they have any astronaut food items of some sort.
