1.How do you know they are illegal? Just because they are mexican does not mean they are illegal.
2. Playing loud music, call the cops
3. Trash all over and stand in the street, why don't you try talking to your neighbor about the problems they are causing in your community..It should not be an issue with race/status in the country, but, the way people act in their neighborhood.. What if the person that was causing problems was your own race, how would you handle it??? I bet you would handle it differently... Just because they are of a different race does not mean that they are not humans, unable to communicate and comprehend things.

First of all, since these people live in the United States, they should not see themselves above the law. The first thing I would do would be to go to my neighbor, and politely and humbly request that they refrain from breaking our laws. Loud music and trashing our country is law breaking.

If your neighbor treats you rudely then you should contact the law enforcement in your town and tell him or her that you did try to get the people to clean up their act, but they refused. It is up to the law then to get them to do what is right.

Do not yell at your neighbor. This will only make them mad. Treat them with respect and they should treat you the same. Most people just arent aware of their actions, until someone points it out to them in a polite manner. Politeness will go a long way, usually

Clearly none of the people answering this question live in a boarder state. Are you kidding? You can call the police all you want but no one is going to show up. We can't even get criminal illegals deported from this country when they rape little kids and kill college students, etc. let alone people who violate noise laws and j-walk.

If they are employed, report them to their employer and INS. If he/she doesn't take care of it, they will be fined or maybe incarcerated also. It's a new law, but there aren't any new agents to help enforce it. It depends on citizens reports.
