Is that the best that are available?
If so....that's sad.
Anyway, out of those three, I'd probably take Vokoun and Fernandez.
Biron is slated to back up Niittymaki (things could change)
Khabibulin will be a starter and play a lot, but not sure he'll win a lot
Legace will probaby play the bulk of St. Louis' games, but not so sure they'll win a lot either.
Kolzig is slated to get a reduced load this year as he splits time with Brent Johnson.
So, Fernandez and Vokoun are the only outright starters on teams that should win a decent amount of games. I would be surprised if either guy gets 30 wins though

This isn’t only a matter of which goalie is most skilled.
If your pool is based on Sv%, GAA, shutouts and wins the teams in front plays a MASSIVE part in the latter two.
Let me make an easy pick for you first. Florida is in a weak division, they should make the playoffs. Also, Vokoun had a .920 Sv% last year.
Kolzig is 37, gets less and less playing time to Johnson and may be on the worst team of all the goalies you listed. Throw him off that list.
Fernandez should give up a lot of time to Thomas, and I can’t see Boston making the playoffs.
Legace had a slightly lower Sv. %, but plays on St. Louis, a team I see as big darkhorse this season. The Blues were far over .500 last season with Murray as their new coach. They will continue that. Legace also has a good portion of the playing time.
Khabibulin is far removed from being the bulin wall, plus he’s on a melding team, throw him out.
Biron is the wild card. Nittimaki is still kicking around, and who knows how Philly will do this season. I predict them out of the playoffs, but many have them around 5th. If you think they’ll have a stellar season, then be wary of what I’m about to post.
1. Vokoun
2. Legace
Let me add Loungo, Brodeur, Lundqvist, Kipper, Nabokov, Emery, Budaj, Fleury, Miller, Turco, Lehtonen, Giggy, Hasek should be above you’re entire list if they aren’t taken.

So you're not really asking which goalie is better, you're asking which one is more likely to get the most wins. I'm a Caps fan, even though I think he's a great underrated goalie, starts almost every game and had a 41 win season back in '99, I'd scratch Olie off that list. The team won't improve THAT much and he's no spring chicken. Legacy is solid and won 37 for the wings back in '06 and I think the Blues will manage near .500 this season but that said I don't see him getting more than 30 wins. Khabibulin good, Blackhawks Havlat and Smolinski aside, sub .500. Manny Fernandez is nearing his peak, I like new coach Claude Julien and I think it will be a good fit, he'd be my #1 pick. Vokoun will have his work cut out for him, Florida may finish 3rd instead of 4th in Southeast this year but nope. Flyers will rebound, they worked a great off season and will make the playoffs and Biron will make the most of his increased playing time, he'd be my #2 pick, almost my #1.

If wins are all that matter, I would pick by team since they are all good Goalies. Martin Biron because Philly made some good moves and Nikolai Khabibulin because it finally looks like Chicogo is ready to be a decent team

Goalies are plenty greater suited on the instant and its not purely because of the kit. the style of maximum goalies on the instant is punctiliously distinctive than it replaced into 30 years in the past. Goalies back then have been particularly stand-up goalies and on the instant very almost all goalies are butterfly. in case you watch video clips of previous hockey video games you will see that basically the way the goalies circulate interior the internet on the instant is plenty greater suited than the goalies back interior the day.

Go with Biron and Fernandez. The rest are in teams that can't be relied on to win. Philly is all loaded up to make a comeback this season, and the Wild are always a good team.

Biron and Vokoun.
Like I'm Telling You- Biron is definitely NOT slated to back up Niittymaki. It is clearly his job to lose, he played well for them last year and you don't sign a goalie to 3.5 million per season to back-up a goalie making one-third of that.
Expect Fernandez's #'s to inflate without Jaques LeMaire as a coach. Bulin' is a good dark horse of this group.

Probably Manny Legace and Tomas Vokoun. Throw Olaf Kolzig in there too. But I would choose Vokoun out of those.

I would say the top 2 out of this list are Manny Legace, and Tomas Vokun.
Last season compared to the others on the list, they had the best win%. I watched Legace play with Detroit and he's a solid goalie.

Bob
Paul Holmgren told Pierre Maguire and Bob MacKenzie of TSN that Niittymaki would be starter next season. The next day he told the same thing to Sportsnet's Sean McCormack.
My two picks
Vokoun and Kolzig
