It is not justified. They would have to prove that they were harmed by his words. Other than them being offended, there is not any harm done. They are upset because it looks like he is getting his job back. They may also be wanting to cash in on the whole deal.

This is bogus. She doesn't have a leg to stand on. He did not insult her directly -- even if he did, she still has to prove that he "hurt" her in some way or fashion - did he cause her to lose a job? Did he cause her to lose endorsements? Did he cause her physical damage? No, No, No. Good luck, honey. You'll need it. She want's fame and fortune but won't earn it the old fashioned way.

I think too much was made of it! And your Right. Fame and money for a man's mistake (very bad mistake) but he has been acting like that for years! And it bothers me that so many people took advantage of him. He helped so many people sell their book's,Cd's so many different things. He got people to vote for politicians...Etc. They never had a problem talking to him sometimes daily! After this happened they disappeared!
