I looked it up. It is American Indian for "Quietness."
You might pronounce it uh-keen uh if you want.
That is cool about names. You can spell it UYTRFE and pronounce it Mary.
I like it pronounced keen, because "queen" kind of sounds ghetto.
I like the name a lot.
