All you can do is to explain the truth and tell them that you are not lying. You cant control other peoples thinking.
If they truly love you and respect you and they have no reason not to really believe you, then you cant force them to believe you, unless you have proof...

Just tell them again that you are not lying and if they cant believe you that you are hurt and feel that you shouldn't have to explain yourself anymore..
