Actually they would. Each team has it own set of club house rules. Some completely ban drinking in the club house or on the trip. Some don't. There's I believe 13 teams that don't allow alcohol. So it would be up to them to decide who drinks even if it's a world series celebration and if he is under 21.

Players are seen spraying the champagne, never drinking it. All the players take part in the revelry. Its all about the celebrating, not the booze.

If his team won the Series in Toronto, then yes. (The drinking age in Ontario is 18.) Otherwise, no. I doubt anyone would call him on it, though.

YES, there has been talking about lowering the legal drinking age in the US to 18 years of age.
for one thing the legal drinking age doesn't bother any teenager it doesn't slow any teenager down and it doesn't deter any teenager from drinking. i don't think this is the reason that the legal drinking age may be lowered but i think it may have something to do with it.

Very good question! I am willing to bet that he would be allowed to spray the bottles around but, chances are the team wouldnt allow him to be filmed drinking it.
