I let them go, but only after I have come up with a way to take care of them in a healthy manner. I've been to he!! and back in the past five years, and thankfully, fears don't get to me very easily as a result! Have a great week! Annie

Fear is something you'll need to overcome. If you hold onto the fear too long, it tends to take over and then you're left with nothing but more fear. Get over what you're afraid of, you'll become a stronger person.

I work through them by doing the very thing that I fear. It is a liberating experience.

I use meditation when just ignoring them doesn't work. It's very important to work them outa your system!
Fear is the opposite of faith. Fear negates self confidence, self esteem and self love. If it is to be removed it must be done consciously and deliberately.

I have a tenency to hold on to them. A lot of them are just ridiculous and unimportant but I still worry.

i try to face all my fears but some are hard to let go.. but i talk my self into understanding why i am afraid. and i try to do what it is i am afraid of.. i don't want something to control me i want the control over me

some fears (like my acrophobia - look it up) are difficult to "let go" because there's obviously something deep rooted that allows it to persist......others arent as "controlling" and usually fade away over time
