Is it just me or does anybody else think that the girl from the Rutgers basketball team is crazy for suing Don Imus. I mean, I know the man is an idiot, but how can you sue for defamation of character when nobody knew who the hell you were in the first place?

It doesn't matter if everyone else knows who she is. All she needs is if she knows who she is. I hope she wins and is awarded exactly the amount of money that Imus is going to get in his just signed contract. So he'll end up working for free. That is exactly how much his crap is worth.
People like Imus have only 2 moving parts - a mouth and an asshole. And they are interchangeable.

That's a good point. LOL. Imus has talked stuff about everybody alse, and they never sued him. I't his job to exhibit his opinion, and he was simply doing that. If somebody was insulted by such pedestrian comments, they must have really took it to heart. Thanks for the comical question!

what has this world turned to...you no something is wrong when people think its okay to call somebody a nappy headed hoe..and the fact that people are actually picking up for him is even more mind boggling. i bet some of you guys wouldn't be saying anything in the first place if Imus said somthing about one of your {fav male players}

i dont like imus...n im a rutgers fan, for the football program, tho...so...power to her...i really don't care either way..i've read about dumber lawsuits

She knows WNBA players only make $30,000 a year and she's trying to make some real money. Hopefully her lawsuit gets thrown out of court real quickly.

Let the $ grab from those "courageous,brave" girls begin. I'm surprised it took this long. Personally, I hope this lawsuit puts her in big time debt, and then she loses.
