I think you already know the answer to your question. Not only is he your EX for a reason but he is MARRIED and I'm assuming the third person in your threesome would not be his wife. Regardless of who dumped who in your relationship, it's obvious that he has moved on and that enough time has passed for you to get over him.
You know what you need to do. Walk away.

he probably picked you because he has such a low opinion of you that he thinks you're slutty/freaky enough to oblige such an insulting request. not only is he asking you to be an adulterer, but he's also asking that you get yourself tangled up in some soap opera drama. i wouldn't ever want something like that getting out around town. the other woman might have a big mouth, the guy is probably already planning on bragging to all of his friends, you'll come out of the experience with nothing.

Well there is a definate wave of people who are into such things these days but, I say that is a hudge red flag and headache awaiting to happen.
First of all three people naked in a bed is just one to many!
Secondly no matter what it will create a problem sooner or later!

is the other woman his wife or a completely OTHER woman?
if it's not his wife, than you prolly want to stay clear of that potential bad situation. unless the dangers of it turns you on...
if it's his wife, then I would do it. Nothing wrong with a couple inviting another person into the fun, if they both can handle it, its all good.
