Constitution can be changed anytime if there is no resistance from the people. Thus, Chavez could be President for life just like Fidel Castro and the liberals like it.

nothing new same thing the Bush Administration has been attempting since the buy election of 2000 they seem to think that the law applies only to others not them so they want to go against the consitution at every opportunity

Libs don't care about the will of the people, or the rule of law (just look at how they tried to steal the 2000 election - and how they try to discard the military's vote.) All they care about is power.
