How old do you have to be to know your sexuality?

i dont think there really is an age limit.
I mean, you hear about people getting married and then maybe years later admiting to their partner that they like the other gender. (Whether they hadnt realised yet, or where in denial is another story though).
If you're certain of your sexuality from an early age, thats great! Ya gotta be careful when your teenager though, cause if you havnt had an attraction for the same gender before it may be hormones O.o Then again, you may be finally maturing and getting to terms with your true sexuality.

I once read: at least 21 yrs old.

I dunno why that number. Just remember that the developmental psychologist said for some people, their minds and emotions and sexualities are still developing late in life, but by 21, 99% of people seem to be settled in to what they're gonna be.

I'm like that other guy: I knew at, like, age 6 or something.

But go ahead and reserve judgement till you're at least an adult. You never know how your feelings will grow and develop. Besides, it's just a label anyway.

well i knew for sure when i was about 12 but thinking back i always liked guys even when i was like 4 years old the only reason i didnt figure i was gay was because i didnt realise such a thing existed

Any age. I mean, you aren't going to know when you are 2 days old or anything, but once you are old enough to notice who you like (generally starts out as "Oh, that person is cute!").

It's different for each person.
I knew absolutely, positively at age 17.
My girlfriend says she knew at age 11.
