UK: Yes it is an offence to drive alone if you haven't passed your test. If someone has 'grassed' you up or at least reported you for a suspected offence - it is up to the police whether they prosecute.

In the UK it is an offence...if it happended on a public road. Someone grasses you up will not really be much evidence for the CPS to prosecute unless more evidence is available to them. Its impossible to say what you will be dealt with as it will depend on your previous history etc and what side of the bed magistrate got out of that morning. You should be warned though that driving without a licence also makes the car owners insurance invalid which could in effect bring a civil or criminal prosecution against them also

You are troubled, aren't you?
If you're in the UK and you mean driving on a provisional licence without the appropriate accompanying driver, it's called "Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence" and will get you 3-6 points plus a hefty fine.
If someone "grasses up on you" as you put it, it makes no difference. The police need to catch you at it. It's not unknown for them to look out specially for someone reported for doing this.

Yes, it's illegal. You need an experienced driver with a licence (over 21 I think too). I don't know what the penalty is but do you really want your licence taken away from you before you've even got it?

You are allowed to drive alone, if the circumstances merit it. Mind you the law is pretty dumb. How old are you? maybe you don't need a licence! Some vehicles don't require a licence, passed or otherwise.
Good luck

If you have been passed by a qualified examiner you can drive whatever category your licence says you can.
I don't understand the bit about passing your test alone. What do you mean by that?

You need someone in the car with you in order to pass the test in the first place
