It could mean that the baby is progressing down into the birth canal. I would invest in a yoga ball and sit on top of it doing the following exercises: Place your hands on your knees, your feet on the floor and your butt on the ball. Maybe next to the couch so you can catch yourself if you start to tip. Roll your hips around in a circle, back and front and side to side. Alternate and do this for about 20 minutes.
The other thing you could do is: Get down on all fours, hands and knees. Rock your hips up and down (like a cat) and rock them back and forth also.
Do all of these exercises very gently. What you are hoping happens is that the baby is able to move down into your birth canal, gently, slowly and with as much space as you can muster.

Good luck!

Sweetie sounds like you are in labor, I can't believe they let you leave the hospital. Please call your doctor now!! If they tell you it's normal, then head to the hospital again, you need to be checked soon.
Good luck! CONGRATULATIONS! God bless!

I cannot imagine your doctor allowing you to check out of the hospital! Please call your doctor - sounds like you're heading right back there!
