LOL. You are asking that question based on a confident and almost arrogant presumption that this person is wrong and the whole world is right.
Maybe it is the other way around and this person is burning brighter than the dim or dead bulbs around him?
Ok, for fairness sake, let us therefore rephrase. How many more persons does it take to change a dim bulb?

if you use cheap bulbs and they blow in the same socket every other day i reckon it would take about 3 or 4 to change a person from happy to very irritated!

This obviously should be in the photography section. Several bulbs strategically placed around a photographic studio can easily alter the illumination of a person and thence his/her appearance.
