I recommend that you cook it on medium heat, in a non-stick pan with a lid on it, until the white can be lifted with a spatula without the white running. This generally takes about two minutes. After the two minutes are up, remove the lid, reinsert the spatula slowly under the egg. Once the egg will lift cleanly off of the pan, bring the egg up about 4 inches and rapidly rotate your wrist so that the egg is facing yolk-down when it contacts the surface of the pan. Allow another 1-2 minutes, and remove pan from heat. Reinsert spatula under the edge of the egg and lift slowly. Voila! Eggs Over Easy!
Later Daze! =)

The first trick is not to flip the spatula too high above the skillet. The egg is suppose to eventually land in the grease. If you miss the pan, the last trick is to find a dog to lick the egg up off the floor.

1st make sure your pan has some oil in it so your egg does not stick. 2nd thing is to preheat. 3rd have some patience..... make sure the bottom is fairly well cooked before you try to flip it.
Or, instead of flipping it, try putting a lid on the pan while it is cooking. Check it in a couple of minutes and you should have a beautiful sunny-side up egg.

Don't use a spatula, flip it in the pan.
It's the same with a pancake.
Remember, you're flipping it, not trying to launch it into space.
Take a pancake you already made and practice with it.
Cold pan and away from the stove...

Don't flip it. I just turn it down on low and put a lid on it for a minute or two and the top is done really nicely. How are your bangs.? Check out my question. lol

Fold in in half first then flip it. Or don't eat it runny.
