There are a couple women at the shelter I'm staying at that give me anxiety attacks like the one you describe.
However, I do wish to point one thing out, if I may. I make it a point not to "hate" anybody. Sure, I dislike some people. I hate no one. So go ahead and dislike somebody -- heck, dislike EVERYBODY. But never hate.

I don't usually get anxiety attacks; however, there are a couple of people I intensely dislike; so much that I do not care to even see them.

This question makes me really happy. I so wish and hope for the day that this will happen to me. I don't mind if I'm the one having the attack or the cause of the other person's attack. I will tell you all in glorious detail as soon as it happens!

I prefer to keep my emotions in check and regard them logically. If they've done something to me in the past, I'll be more careful with them but harboring resentment is like eating rat poison and expecting the rat to die.
Having hate or holding onto a grudge will only harm you more in the long run.

Havent seen her in 3 years but hope to P on the grave of my former employer. never felt that way about any one in my 67 years. Every one says im a new man after retirement
