yes and no. There are forensics to determine (a) whether anyone else touched the needle, and if the needle could have been inserted at the right angle, etc. Also, if you give a big enough dose to guarantee death, I'm sure that would raise suspicions of foul play.

its happened more times than you would probably think..

however, what with forensics and fingerprints on the needle and now they even look to see what way it was injected and was it possible to inject yourself at that angle, forensics would be all over it if it looked strange

however im sure its been pulled off without a hitch its just not as easy you would think...

No. The perfect crime is slipping a death row inmate some slow acting poison that's set to kill him 1 second before they're due to throw the switch. Who's gonna do an autopsy?

Other users who have injected into the victim with their say so have been tried for manslaughter (and convicted of ) in the past.

Murder is murder at the end of the day.....doesnt matter who the victim is ..

You've got some issues if all you can think of doing with your free time is killing somebody and how to get away with it. Listen up, clown, if this is the best you can do you're already a loser! It won't be a question of if you get caught because I'm sure that you will be caught. Idiots like you always get caught!!!

No. Heroin addicts, just like crack addicts, alcoholics and other addictive personalities are real people. They do not choose to be the way they are. Addiction is a disease. So, if you are going to single them out you have a lot of other diseased people to single out.

quite possibly, the other good way is by running them over - killing by reckless or dangerous driving never seems to taken seriously by the courts - most people get off and are out driving again in no time.
