My business is located in Dallas, Texas. I need a company that would purchase this stuff. I'm not giving it away. Some sort of profit would be nice. Maybe someone who would buy for recycling for reuse or resell? Thanks.

When you say old file folders, do you mean used file folders? Or unused file folders that you've had for awhile?
If they are used, there is not market. Someone might be willing to re-use but not pay for them. New manila file folders are very cheap. Hanging folders are a little more expensive.
A charity is not likely to want your donation. At a garage sale even the hanging folders would only bring a couple dollars for a boxful.

donate to a charity that could actually use them and take the tax deduction, you get some financial benefit and goodwill at the same time, just get a receipt for the value from the organization

try selling them on http://www.craigslist.org or http://www.whyabe.com Both sites let you sell stuff for free.
I dont think there is a market for it though, so good luck.
