No, eggs do not come from chickens (or any other birds) butt. Girl chickens and birds are called hens. If you part the feathers under a hens' tail you will find a small opening. In a chicken this opening is about an inch wide. It is surrounded by a ribbed rim, with skin and feathers all around. this slit is called a vent. This is where the egg comes out. Check out "How a hen lays her egg" at www.afn.org/~poultry/egghen.htm. there's an awesome story easy to read and cool pictures too. Hope I've helped!

Technically, yes.

Eggs emerge from the hen's anus because birds do not have a vagina. Reptiles and birds have their reproductive tract empty directly into the large bowel, into a special chamber known as a cloaca. To mate, the male and female press their anus together. Some male birds and many male reptiles are able to invert the end of their bowel into a tube like structure. This then functions somewhat like a penis. Lizards and snakes employ this to mate. In fact the male has a pair, which helps mating reguardless which side of the female's body he happens to be on. The structure is called a "hemipene" and some are barbed so they will remain inside the female if she tries to suddenly escape. Some birds like ducks and ostriches have a sort of tube structure as well. Chickens do not, however.
