If you live in the united states then you need to go to your local department of health and human resources (welfare office). Take pay check stubs, and all the bills you pay and tell them you would like to sign up for any assistance they can give. You should be eligible for a medicaid card for yourself and baby, food stamps, and possibly help with your utility bills and rent.
