Since the US has yet to declare war on Iraq the US military is acting as a terrorist.

Who are these terrorists? The story you cite is based on a hypothesis. Even if it was valid, what does that have to do with Iraq? Apples and oranges.

That's another slogan gone wrong that Cons refuse to accept. There are and there were factions of terrorist factions in the US before 9/11 and after, except Bush has managed to increase those factions in this country and around the world with his war attacking the wrong country and going after the wrong guy.
