I do clerical work for a small business, and we are doing some software upgrades and such. We were wondering if any software existed that could take address book information from "ACT" and then send THE SAME fax to multiple fax numbers. Example: Introductory letter needs to be sent to some possible new clients. All client fax numbers are stored in "ACT"... is there a software that will take the fax I am trying to send and send it to a list of people with just a few clicks? or will it require standalone software (looking for something that works with current hardware.)

If you are sending your faxes through a fax machine from your desktop, it is normally built in to the fax machine or MFP Software Suite. If you can export your contact list from ACT to a CSV file, you can import it into MFP's or Fax Machine contact list if it's an HP or Xerox machine. I'm not sure about other vendors.

From there just put together a group call list. Hit send.

a million) you do no longer "import an excel record into" Microsoft Fax, you print the record (the conventional Excel printing) to the Fax as a printer. 2) you may elect dissimilar recipients.
