Suck it up with a shop vac, I mist it before sucking just to keep the dust from floating all over my garage.

get a heavy-duty magnet from a hardware store (25# or 50#) and put it in a plastic bag. Take the magnet and sweep it over the shavings - the shavings will be picked up. Turn the plastic bag inside out - and all the shavings are safe to be recycled.

use a shop vac or a magnet..then put all the particals in a can and save them...unless you dont get enough warrent saving them...scrap yards love metal particals....or stuff them in a shot gun shell....beam me up scottie
