I am shy most of the times , but it depends with whom I'm talking to ..... I would say that i'm mostly social in front of my friends , than when i'm front of new people!!!

Social with my friends.
And to strangers it depends on whom I met, I can be social with strangers whom I can easily get along, like you feel you've known her/him for a long time but you just met a minute ago.
But I'm shy meeting strangers whose older than me.

Anti-Social is NOT being quiet or shy. It's a psychological disorder so be careful when you call a reserved person anti social. An anti social person doesn't emphasize with other people. A lot of them become serial killers. Shy people aren't always introverts. There is a difference between introvert and shy. A shy person can be an extrovert. Shyness is a person who is quiet because they are afraid of social activieis or don't know how.Usually has low self confidence. Reserved is a term to describe someone who is quiet and an introvert. In some cases, the person is shy, but not always. They may like being alone and independent. Quiet is just being quiet.

I'm shy when it comes to meeting new people but if I'm out on the town having drinks I become a social butterfly

Depends on the person. If the person looks like they want to kill me or frame me or something, i'm shy. If the person is someone I can just come up to and ask them if they like food while having a conversation with my friend, i'm nnot shy at all.

i'm shy too mostly at school unless i have known u for a long time but this school year i'm going to try to be more social, even with ppl who are not my close friends, and see what happens

i used to be really social until i moved to live with my birth dad after being in a foster family and losing my birth mom because she had to go to jail for a ton of horrible things she did and i lost 2 of my siblings into one foster family they are now adopted into and another in another family and one died from luekimeia and they are all very far from where i am so ever since i have been shy, tired of certain irritable people, want to be happy
but when i'm with one of my good, best, long lasting bestfried i'm am not shy at all

Master at small talk with strangers (used to be in marketing)and or people I know but beyond that I'm reserved. You get burned so many times by "friends" you tend to shy away.
