...actually, he stated that he was retired from making the historical period epic type of martial arts movies, from which he got his start, and which exhues traditional martial arts values and philosophies. It may well be that he'd come to a deeply-felt realization that these traditions, values and philosophies are very sacred, and deserve a greater level of respect, than to be exploited in the motion picture medium; perhaps he felt that there was nothing more he could possibly say on the subject...
...anyways, he DOES have the new movie, "War", coming out real soon, as well as being the new mummified villain in next summer's "The Mummy 3"; there is also a reported untitled project, which he's doing with Jackie Chan...

he anounced in an interview that fearless was his last action movie. BUT now he is in war, so who knows. i dont think he is fighting as much in war. he said he wanted to concentrate on his acting skills now, instead of fighting.
