You vowed to him that you would be with him in sickness and in health, forsaking all others. Keep that in mind.
As for your sexual needs - there are sexual things to do that do not have to involve intercourse. There are ways that he can please you, and vice versa, without revving up his heart rate too much. Look for these ways! The key to solving this is to explore your options! And this can be loads of fun! It's time to get creative!;) Talk to him about it, and ask him to come up with ideas - ways that you can still flirt, touch, and please each other. Take it as a challenge together! Maybe try some toys that you wouldn't have needed before. You're definitely not too old to have a fun and fulfilling sex life! You just might need to get creative because of his health needs. Don't let it get you down. Think of it like this: remember when you first started having sex with him? You both had tons to figure out, learn, and explore. You get to have that curious, exciting, beautifully awkward learning time again, and it can be loads of fun:) Good luck!

Toys????? What if he had cancer and had to have his penis amputated, or had an accident and lost it? Sex is great, but trust me, you can get along without it. What would you do if you no longer could have sex or had no interest in it due to medical conditions? You two need to talk with his doctor about alternatives that are not as physically demanding as the sex act itself. Many people are in the same situation and find ways to deal with it that are satisfying to both people. It almost sounds like you are looking for an "out" to get a divorce?????? What ever happened to "till death us do part?"

Find a man you like who is willing to have sex with you. Let your husband watch. That way he's not completely out of the picture.

What i would do is find a man in his mid thirties to early forties to hang out and have sex with and be discreet about it so you don't hurt the man you love, but still be the loving wife your hubby wants and needs.

There are probably support groups for people like you. Seek ideas on the Internet. Be creative. Perhaps you will find a whole new side of your personality that you have never seen before.

I would get a second opinion. I believe you can still have sex with a pacemaker.

His doctor really said no sexual activity? That is pretty rare. Have you spoke about it with him? Would he be ok with you having another partner? If not I think the best thought would be some sort of sexual toy.

Masturbate... a lot. Talk things out with your husband and he may (considering the situation) be ok with you sleeping with another guy, but that route is always trouble in the long run.

Talk to your husband. Maybe seek out a therapist / professional of some sort to pursue options.
