Eat more protein , less carbs and a little
sugar and caffiene will help.
You can take nuts, cheese sticks to work
and mostly eat that .Maybe peanutbutter and crackers.

Possibly don't eat heavy meals at lunchtime. Eat something light and maybe smaller portions. This may help. I know if I have a big lunch it makes me want to go to bed and like you really tired.

what are you eating?
sugary? - works for a short boost then you get tired
starchy? - same thing
eating fowl? (turkey, chicken) makes you tired
try to exercise before going into work and see if it makes a difference
try going to bed earlier at night and try to get a good nights sleep
it could be any number of things and you only notice it at that time of day
have you had your sugar checked?
most diabetics get sluggish after eating if their sugar is too high
either way you go - you should talk to your doctor

If you like music, start playing something rock or loud. That should keep you awake or you can hang out with your mates and talk, that usually works too.
