Hard to figure.
But you can see in the chart linked below that disease is the greatest killer, and that assaults cause 0.7 percent of deaths.
If you are a kid, you are more likely to die due to accident, homocide, or suicide.
In the second link, you get odds of certain causes, and you can't correlate your categories with these causes.
The figures don't tell how many of the non-disease deaths are caused by immigrants or locals, terrorists of bridges. I don't think internet pedophiles factor in, but you could ask the Libs, since a former state ACLU president plead guilty to same...they might have the figures.

Internet pedophiles are only likely to rape you, not kill you.
I would be more concerned about the terrorists and collapsing bridges.
