-- WWE released the buyrate information for June's One Night Stand pay-per-view. The show did 115,000 domestic buys and 185,000 overall -- way down from last year's 304,000 buys. This was the second lowest drawing PPV show for the company in North America since 1996 and probably one of the five lowest of all-time.

Rock, you forgot to deduct the cost of putting on the PPV from that $7.4 million dollar profit.

My thoughts on this is it is vinces fault. In about six weeks, there were way too many shows, wwe held One Night Stand, vengeance, judgement day, a 3 hour raw supershow, saturday nights main event the saturday before one night stand, al the usuall tv programming plus on ehour in regards to the 3 hour raw, and i may have missed something out. along with all the wwe shows there were multiple ufc and mma ppv's, other pro wrestling ppv's and tv programming. So it was already not going to be a great month due to all the other ppvs and shows from other organisations, and then wwe pack the schedule with an unbelievable amount of programming.

Not only was there way too much stuff in thos sox weeks, but it was also the first year where this ppv was tri banded as opposed to an "ecw" show, so by doing this they lost alot of ecw fans.

And in the end only the real hardcore fans paid for the ppvs throughout that period.

So wwe bit its own a*s, with its own scheduling.

185,000 x $40 = 7.4 mil

Vinnie Mac won't quit making that kind of profit until One Night Stand is run into the ground.

Oh really?

YOU forgot to account for the thousands of people in attendance who payed God knows how much per ticket.
