hey,
I was wondering does anyone know any good cleaning chemicals to clean algae[the green stuff] off of my boat. I have a 19' bayliner and it has been sitting in the water for couple of months and theres algae under the boat. I heard from some of my neighbors that "hull cleaner" works, but i'm not so sure...any suggestions? THANKS!

Algae is the hardest to get off. Go to your local marine supplier and ask for acid wash for your problem .Put it in a garden sprayer and soak down the bottom.Use a stiff brush then hose off.
Just remember the enviroment when you rinse it off and where it goes.

As long as it has not dried, we use those dish sponges that have a green scrubber on one side.

This one has blue, but, it the general idea;
