Why should they have to. I'll bet you think that women leave their blinds open so you can "peek" at them. Why do guys peek thru windows, and even drawn blinds to see if they can get a glimpse of a female in various stages of undress. There are a few females who try to surreptitiously view males in the various stages of nudity, but the ratio is about 1000/1, male/female. So, quit being a peek freak. Go buy a crotch publication, and look at those displays. That's much healthier, and honest.

Ok you got me! I get undressed and dressed in front of my window whilst trying to appear modestly unaware of the fit bloke in the street copping an eyeful. It's fun - what more can I say!

Guess you've been visiting those voyeur websites but yeah as a rule most of us do draw our blinds and curtains, you still find a gap though for your cameras.

Because they know that if some guy sees them he will get done for being a "peeping tom" but if the situation were the other way round he would get done for indecent exposure - heads, she wins, tails he loses

Some do, some don't. In the few instances I happened to be looking when that happened, I think I lost 5 years off my life along with half of my dinner.

Actually, some of us do!! However, sometimes we forget, and sometimes we just like to tease those perverse enough to peek through the windows while we are doing it!!
