I have a 20 dollar bill missing the right side treasury seal minted in "96" is it worth anymore than $20 thnx

I've seen that error before on $5 bills, but not 20s. They sell on eBay for $25 - $30. I personally would pay about $30 for such an error, assuming that the note as a whole is in decent, problem-free condition.
A photo would be very nice here.

if there's more than half of the bill, you can redeem it at your bank...if not you can send it to the treasury.
