its like 400 dollars right now. so about when will it get cheaper? like how much would it be? is it worth it though, do you get bored of it easily?

My guess is that the Wii will get cheaper around Christmas time, possibly as early as just after Thanksgiving.

It's $400? I thought it was $250~350. I bought a 360 but I think Wii would be more fun. Every game gets boring easily so, maybe you should buy a used Wii. It's much cheaper.

first of all....where do you live? in california, its around 250. also, the wii would get cheaper when there are better or newer products out in the market (that might take a few years...)
take gamecube, for example. it costed like 200 dollars some years ago or something (i never bought a gamecube so i might be off. sorry) now, ever since the wii, its like 99.99 at target. if you want it to be at its cheapest, you would have to wait for a superior model.
by any chance, you aren't using amazon or ebay to buy the wii are you? if you are, its definatly going to be much more expensive. the consol is in great demand right now so it'll be a lot more expensive on the web.

Maybe by mid 2008 or the end of 2008. The Wii costs $250 not $400. Yes the Wii is worth getting because its motion sensing makes it fun.

The availability of the Wii is very low right now, but the retail price is actually $249.99 (USD). If you are lucky or call ahead to local electronics stores, you might be able to find one. Otherwise, you might need to wait a while until they can get more stock. If the demand stays high, its unlikely that the price will drop anytime soon.
And yes, it's very worth it. As long as you can pick out a few games that you think you'd be interested in, I can guarantee you would have fun for a long time.

There is one on this site for 333.92 but I can get you a 25% discount so that would make it about 250. Also check ebay they have them listed all the time for really low auction prices.
