Take a shower before going to bed and drink a hot cup of Swiss miss milk chocolate. You'll start falling asleep before you finish it and you'll sleep like a baby throughout the night. Forget about tablets because once they get into your system, they'll make it worse for you. Go the safest way.

Usually reading before turning off the light works. If I'm really stressed out I'll take 1 or 2 Tylenol PM tablets about a 1/2 hour before going to bed.

Melatonin 1mg tablet under the tongue. Works almost everytime for me. Buy at drug store. The 3mg version is too strong.
