I would look at a pro audio place first. Then find a salon style Hifi store in your area. As a last resort look up manufactures online and see if they have a local dealer.

Hi. Most of the high end audio stores should have some. Are you looking for a dedicated turntable arm and cartridge which will give you sound reproduction far superior to CD. ? Or are you only after a cheap record player to listen to your records but not in hi fi sound. Vinyl has made a big comeback in recent years (well, it never really went away at all).CD was surpposed to make vinyl redundant with it's "Perfect Sound Forever ''slogan but music lovers and hi fi enthuiasts have never been impressed with CD sound quality, and that includes me.
Thorens Turntables are very good for the money and have been around for 50 years or more. Have a look at the link and see what you think.

I think your best bet would be to ask fellow DJ's in your area where they would suggest getting one, avoiding the internet. I'm not even sure, I think you could try any electronic store, if not they might know where to get one. Do a search online for a store in your area that may sell them. =) I tried Google and came up with several.
Good Luck!

I doubt you will find a store that will have one of those, sorry. Internet seems the only way to get one in my opinion.
Good luck though

most of the new home ones are really cheap, try a pawn shop or used electronics store for a nice old heavy one
