ihave a philips gogear jukebox MP3 30Gb but no disc to install. is there something i can download to install it

Go to the philips support site. You will have to know the model number of your GoGear jukebox. There you will find documentation, firmware upgrades and software for your player.

Did you get a USB cable with your gogear? If so that's all you need plug the USB cable into your gogear your and your USB port of your PC a window should come up after that and just follow the instructions. I think it works the same way the Ipods work. Let me know if that works out.
