Souldn't be a specific age. Obviously at least 18 for it to be legal, but the right time is when you fall in love and are truly ready to commit to each other whether you're 25 or 85 who cares?

When you are both mature enough, and the partying is done.

25-29 I think is ideal for a 1st marriage. If you wait till then, you will be likely to have an ONLY marriage.

MOST people that get married before that, wind up divorced down the road.

A lot of people get married for the wrong reasons and at a young age, there are a lot of wrong reasons!

Wait, make sure that you are the ONE for each other and make it last Forever!

There's no best age to get married. The best time to get married is when you love some one very much and want to be with them.

The age when you are grown up enough to accept someone else in your life as a partner and equal. Some people never reach that age. I don't think many reach this level of maturity before about 25 or so, when they know what they are going to do with their lives, are on their own, and through much of the experimentation drive of youth.

The right time is after you have finished all of your schooling, traveling and partying. You also need to really make sure you know about the person, for example are they super clean, do the two of you like the same things. Do you both have the same goals. Never rush into it, and if possible try to live together for at least a year, that is one of the best ways to find out how compatible you two really are.

Well.....the first time I got married I was 19 and we were both too young and that didn't work out. I recommend waiting til your like 25. That way you will know more what you want in life and she/he will know also. So you won't end up like me and go through a divorce. I got remarried at 26 and my husband is 30 and now I am alot happier!

I would say once the person is ready to make a commitment to one person. Has a job. Can afford to have children feed and clothe them if they were to come. For some that could be in their twenties for others much older. If the person has to many doubts than I think they should wait. Until the time if feels like a very good idea and they are sure that is what they want.
