How can I get out-of-state CDL Manuals?

I live in Ohio, but may need to get a CDL permit in Georgia because I have found a truck driving school there that I would like to attend. Before I go, however, I would like to look over the permit book/ CDL manual for that state, so that I know what to study, and what I will need to know to pass a permit test in Georgia. Is there anyplace online that I could go to get it, (free) or a phone number I could call to have one sent to me(free)?

contact the state you want to get your certification
they will send to you and you have to pay a fee
