Where I live it's almost always a good day to sunbath, if you can stand the heat and of course the UV and cancer risks. (You just have to constantly drink water or you'll faint.)

There has not been a good day to sunbathe for me since I was 24 years old. I read about the dangers of sun exposure and stopped sunbathing. More years have gone by than I care to mention but I will say that my skin looks better than people who are more than twenty years younger than I am. I'm happy with the color I was given and look healthy because of diet and exercise and healthy habits in general. Everything in moderation I think is good. Whatever color I get from going in and out of the house and gardening will have to do.
