If I press and hold 1, it tells me I have no voice mail. But no one can leave a voice mail when they call my number. The manual makes no sense, the phone doesn't do what the web site says (it does not give me instructions on how to set up voice mail), and customer "service" lied to me (said she dialed the number and got the voice mail). I have a passcode, but it never asks for it. I don't know what my sister did to get it set up before she gave it to me, and neither does she. I suspect she was drinking at the time.

I don't know how to fix this but just wanted to say Tracfone is horrible. Their customer service is the worst, and my phone wouldn't even ring half the time when people tried to call me.
Don't even bother trying to fix it. Just switch to go phone, or a normal cell phone plan if you can.

I would try calling their customer service again, they always helped me out. You obviously got a lazy one, most of them are nice and willing to help.
