all of the previous answers and none of them.
every flying object is flying horizontal in relation to some point on the earth at some given instant.
example if the Space Shuttle is directly above 123 degrees west Longtitude it will appear to be flying horizontally from there. from anywhere else it might not and probably will appear to be out of skew . It all depends on perspective.
for folks at 123 degrees West longtitude and zero latitude straight up is straight up for folks at 43 degrees west longtitude and Zero latitude that same line if visible would appear parallel to the East West horizon line to the north or south.

More than likely because they're all faked and that is the way they always show them in the movies.
Let me ask you something concerning UFOs.
Let's say it was us that had the superior technology and we had invented interstellar space travel. Would we go to all the trouble and expense to build a spaceship, travel to a distant solar system, land on a planet, and then hide from everybody. What would be the point? Observation? Horse hockey.
There are no UFOs and no aliens with evil intent stalking around, capturing people and giving them enemas against their will. It's all the stuff of science fiction.

A flat aircraft could not fly level. You need to create areas of high and low pressure. I guess it works on the same principle that a helicopter cannot stay in the air if it's rotors are angled parallel with the ground. I am definitely not a believer, though.

The aliens are drunk and they can't fly straight.
Or, everything else is not level, and its just how the photograph was taken.
Or, it was actually flying level, but the craft was putting out a signal that warped any photo from being taken where the craft is level.

Probably they are tilted because the person that set up the hoax, to photograph, thought the tilted UFO would look more realistic.

So i'm donning a rockin' outfit, and that i'm making a play, and the guy stops, beans it interior the face 'reason he says, "seem at your physique. you're rockin' complicated." And that became the 1st time I had ever gotten a compliment like that in the time of my complete existence.

Always? How do you know always unless you have seen every picture of a UFO?You can assume whatever you want. Your assumptions don't change the facts, whatever they are.

It's probably a tell-tale sign of being a fake picture and we don't know it yet.Nevermind that though, the fact is that we always see a saucer shaped alien space craft and not any other shape.

Probably because most of them are frisbees thrown in the air....that's why they usually look tilted.
