There has been five National Lampoon's Vacation movies.
National Lampoon's Vacation
National Lampoon's European Vacation
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddie's Island Adventure
Chevy Chase was in all but the last one.

If you want to get technical, there was one other movie under the same moniker not starring Chevy Chase. That was National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddy's Island Adventure. It did star Randy Quaid as cousin Eddy, but c'mon. This isn't a real "Vacation" movie, and it wasn't even released in theaters.

I've seen three Lampoon "Vacation" movies, all with Chevy Chase.
