Yes, you can get in trouble. It used to be up until the early 1900's that an illegal immigrant was considered an outlaw. Because they weren't citizens, the courts deemed that they weren't protected by the law and you could legally even shoot them if you wanted to. It's not like that anymore. Illegal immigrants today have most of the same legal rights that citizens do.

well..why from an illegal imigrant..he is quite poor..Robin Hood used to steal from rich and give to poor..well i don't advise you to steall. it is such a world that the i won't steal a stone from the street at least....freedome is more important then a car...a palace..or whatever...to be free..walk free on the street ..talk..to people...stay and feel the wind through your hair and face...contemplate the world of God..the sun..bring glory to God...how would you bring glory to God if you go to jail...

That doesn't mean their property doesn't exist. You can still be arrested if you commit a crime.
