Not at all likely. There's nothing do attract them. It would probably tickle enough to trigger a natural reflex like sneezing. They wouldn't find food, so they would promptly leave. Reaching the brain would be practically impossible.

Not likely. If by chance it enters your nose you will sneeze and blow it out , definitely not into your brain.
