I work as an academic director and I enjoy my job, however I feel I have a lot of spare time, I kmow I can use my tim better, but I have trouble figuring out how to exploit my potential.

I love music, I love horse back riding, I play guitar, I draw, I can play tennis, I love baseball, I enjoy many things in life, but I do not do any of them... HELP.

As simple as this is going to sound, you just need to get out there and do some of these fun and creative things....you need an outlet. try to join some kind of club or class in art, music, anything you love...every journey begins with a step, you just have to take that step to discover how fulfilling living up to your potential can feel.....spare time is you time and if you don't use it, its wasted time in such a short life we are given...
