It's no more dangerous than on a secured network. Wireless encryption is a joke, always has been. There is no effective security for basic wireless. The dangers with online banking and whatnot lie in the way the servers handle the data, and the way that the sites authenticate, not the connection itself. This is why even with massive security problems, we have still not seen any real SSL exploitation outside of labs.

If you don't know who it is or why it's there, I'd say close all connection to that pc (the one called "hi"). I dont really know much about networking, since I'as never able to figure it out that well.. but still, if it's unsecure and you don't know who it is, there's possibly a chance it could be a hacker.

It is likely a neighbor's network, and they (s/he) neglected to secure it when installed: you could click on it and maybe even "steal" some internet time...but they (s/he) might (could, likely) be able to tell who you are and tell where you live, and and maybe it could be, just an appliance network (like, say, remote control for the TV and stereo and washing machine and furnace...) and anyway, it's not strictly "ethical" to click in and you might catch their (his/her) viruses/malware...so, don't.
