It means that the car is straight factory stock.

No Supercharger.
No Turbo.
No High-end engine.

NA is usually engine talk for most basic model of car.

I own a shop, and it doesn't really mean a stock engine. What it does mean is; it is not a forced induction (blower, turbo charger, or nitrous fed system) engine. Aspirate means to breath, and if it is doing this normally without the aid of forced induction, it would be classified as a normally aspirated engine. Anything that aids the engine to breath would be classified as "not normally" aspirated engine. Many things can be done to make more power without messing with the breathing portion, such as a high performance ignition system for example.
