Probibly about 2-4 months depening on a few things,
1 - How much food
2 - Temp
3 - Water changes
4- Amount of space they have each, (1 gal per fish is good when bringing up fry as they wont put too much bioload on the tank)

They will grow fastest in clean water with a diet that contains some live food (plant and animal),like baby brine shrimp,the frozen ones are OK,and blanched plant material like zucchini slices or spinach leaves.
Most important are frequent small water changes.

I would say with three months and as long as you feed them enough (not too much) they grow pretty fast and mate fast too!
