Are you asking a route to take? Or method of transportation? Realistically, you will need to drive, or I suppose you could take a bus. Duke is near I-85 in Durham, so just scoot up 85 from Charlotte.

You can take the Amtrak train from Charlotte to Durham. The Durham Amtrak station is located near Duke University. The fare is $22 (coach).

Once you get to the station, you can get a DATA bus (Durham Area Transit Authority). DATA bus route 6 takes you to Duke from the station area. If you don't want to take the bus, it would probably be best to get a taxi from the Durham Amtrak station to where you need to get to at Duke, because even though the university is near the station, it's a large campus.

you're making an superb factor apart from the liberals area. Why is each little thing consistently liberals and their doing? in case you seem at what merely occurred to Don Imus, easily those professors must be fired, good while they say sorry. The President of the college ought to resign or compelled out and the instructor given his activity returned with reparations.
